The project started with limited design information, so key technical details had to be developed as the work went on. That needed close coordination between the client, consultants, specialist suppliers and site team.
JBP was responsible for the whole project, including the information, buildability decisions, ordering and sequencing. With one team responsible for every interface, work kept moving while the remaining details were finished and approved.
The home was handed over complete, with the timber frame, underfloor heating, services, renewable technologies and finishes delivered under one programme. The client dealt with one team from start to finish.
