For architects & consultants
Main contractor for architects in Hertfordshire and North London
We give pre-construction advice, coordinate technical information and build to the design you and your client have agreed.
Early involvement
Early contractor involvement
JBP can join during feasibility, technical design or tender. We review the information as the people who will build it, and raise risks while they are still cheap to fix.
01
Buildability review
A builder’s review of structure, sequencing, access, interfaces and temporary works.
02
Scope alignment
Agreeing who does what, what’s excluded and what information is missing, before it leads to changes.
03
Cost & programme input
Honest advice on lead times, costs, risks and better-value alternatives.
During construction
Protecting the design during construction
We keep the design team involved in the decisions that affect their work, and we record them.
01 Clear RFIs and action tracking
02 Coordinated shop drawings
03 Samples and benchmark quality
04 Structured progress reporting
05 Change-control discipline
06 Planned commissioning
“We work with the design team from technical design through to the final detail.”JBP delivery principle

Tender enquiries
Invite JBP to tender
Tell us about the scheme, the current design stage and your tender deadline. If the information is still developing, explain what is available and where you need contractor input.
01
The project
Include the site location, a brief description of the works, the intended procurement route and any known access or occupation constraints.
02
The information
Share the current drawing register, drawings, specifications and scope or pricing schedule where available. Identify outstanding surveys and design information.
03
The dates
Include the tender return date, proposed site visit, intended start and target completion. Let us know who should receive questions and clarifications.
Email your invitation and a link to the tender pack, or call to discuss the scheme before sending it.
