We offer design and technical management as either part of our D&B services or as a standalone service to assist developers with compliance and coordination. This includes coordinating final budgets and design briefs, pulling together a fully coordinated construction package, and liaising with planners, statutory bodies, and specialist consultants.

We ensure every aspect of the design is buildable, compliant, and cost-efficient. As a guide, full technical design—including all consultant fees and surveys—typically represents around 10% of the total construction value. For example, on a £500k build, you should expect to allocate approximately £50k post-planning for full design development as part of your construction budget.
