James Beare
Director
James is a fully qualified and chartered construction manager with over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry. Specialising in design management and coordination he has significant experience in preparing project briefs, submitting schemes to planning and coordinating all technical information to build teams.
His approach to all projects is to collaborate objectively with each every client and to work objectively to ensure all project aims are met to client expectations are exceeded.
James Murchie
Construction Director
Jim is a results-oriented and innovative Construction Manager with over 10 years of experience in managing diverse construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Starting in groundworks, Jim has worked closely through every phase of the construction process learning on the tools progressing into onsite management, although, he still likes to get stuck in from time to time.
Jim aims to pull the subcontractors together and to get the very best from them in a timely and effective manner.
Victoria Bosworth
Director
Victoria is an experienced Project Manager with over 17 years in high-level roles, including working in Dubai for a strategic advisory firm representing the city’s leadership. She went on to manage major international events such as the Race to Dubai and Dubai World Cup before moving into freelance project work across sectors, including construction.
Alongside her background in business strategy and operations, Victoria has extensive experience in estate and property management. At JBP Developments, she oversees the company’s structure, finances, and day-to-day operations, playing a key leadership role behind the scenes.
Joanne McGregor
Marketing and Project Support
Joanne is a skilled marketing professional with over 7 years’ experience in driving online growth and engagement across a range of industries. She specialises in campaign strategy, SEO, and content creation to support business development.
Alongside her marketing expertise, Joanne plays a key role in project and client support at JBP Developments, managing maintenance portfolios and assisting with compliance across Health & Safety, Building Control, and Planning. Her combined strengths in communication, strategy, and organisation make her an integral part of the team.
